Anticucho Grilled Beef

Anticuchos are cuts of beef that are marinated and grilled. That have their origins in Peru. You will readily find these on street carts and food stalls all over Peru. Anticuchos can be made from any type of meet but in Peru the most popular are beef hearts. Anticuchos usually come on skewers with a boiled potato on the end.
