This is a very light tasting sushi. The rice paper is almost nonexistent compared to nori sheets. The brown rice is gluten free and high in fiber.

Do not let the smoked eel scare you away! I was hesitant the first time but tried it any way; it was great. The eel sauce is salt sweet and the tuna with the heat bring all together.
